Here are the details.

Pls looked at the details meticulously so you won't be confused.

Place/Venue: East Coast Park

Meeting Place: Mcdonald's at East coast

Pit Number: (2) Area B.

Date: 1st July 2009

Time: 12pm till 8pm

Dress code: Shorts and Shirts (casually)

(pls do not put on jeans as there will be activities)

F.Y.I: Those peeps who have not paid pls pay me by the day itself.

Note:$7.00

Very Important! : Do come on time cause i don't think you want the whole class to wait.

Things to take note:

Those muslim people there will be halal food.

It would be nice if each of you could bring a bottle of drinks as our budget is running low.

Those who are vegetarian there will be vegetarian food .

This is about class bbq.

Monday have already passed but yet some of you have no made the payment to me.

Pay me by this week.

Those who cannot make it to this,i really got nothing to say cause this is just a one day class event.

It was meant to be class bbq so the least is i expect everyone to be present.

Sentosa Event!

Sentosa trip was a great experience to share good moments together.

Those who came, i thanked you for making this event successful and fun.

Those who came with the cakes ,thanks alot for your thoughtfulness.

Is really no use for me to say class event when only a few turn up.

SENTOSA OUTING!

 This is for this monday Sentosa Outing.

Venue: Ticketing counter level 3 . Near food republic

Price: $3.00 ( bring extra if you want to cycle )

F.Y.I: Food will be provided and also drinks.

Time: 10am till 6 pm

Dress code: Casual shirt and shorts. Do bring extra shirts/shorts & Underdarments.

Things to take note: Pls dont be late.

Things to bring:

~ For those people who have cooler pls bring as we need to fill up 20 bottles for the day. It will be a hot weather. If you are kind bring ice also.

~ For those people who have speaker pls bring as a source of entertainment.

~For those people who fear of sitting on the sand pls bring mat.

= Organize games for the class to play. No sea water activities.

=The chefs for the day to cook and ensure food hygiene at the same time.

=Make sure there are sufficient food to go around.

=Make sure food are well-cooked and not raw.

Photographer IC: Yuan Zhuang & Tiao Zhi.

=Take photos of the class.

=Upload photos in class blog.

Drinks IC: Ethel, Wei Ting, Yu Zhen.

=Ensure drinks are sufficient to go around.

=Ensure there are always sufficient Ice as weather are really hot.

=Make sure bbq pit are clean after activities are end.

=Remind everyone to pick up litter around the area.

=Ensure people who are hurt or injured are given immediate first aid.
